What is the fascination with Twitter? Is this social media craze driven by highpowered computer companies? Come on, to tell people what you are doing at various points of the day with limited amount of characters seems juvenile. Why does someone in another continent that is "following me" want to know or even care that I am typing about Twitter on my blog. It's a little scary to be giving someone that much information about myself. I thought we were told while growing up not to talk to strangers. We aren't talking to one stranger but hundreds of strangers and we want more strangers to follow us. A social media outlet that could end up endangering the life of individuals. What are the restrictions that Twitter has put in place to prevent children from having their own account? Email address, anyone these days can get a free email account and the parents would never even know, especially with the technology in cell phones. Most teens can access their accounts via cell phone. Who needs the desktop or laptop anymore.
Maybe I am missing this social media craze, maybe I am way off target on Twitter and what it's purpose is. I really don't care if someone is following me or not. I do care if I can make money from this..... In this economy, every dollar counts and every dollar that can be made without extensive manual labor I'll take. I also like this, it's challenging. Trying to find topics to write about that cause my readers to think about what I have to say. Controversy is good, it makes us think and it gives us an avenue to voice our opinion(s). This is my opinion on Twitter, what is yours?

Writer's block (unmotivated)
I have no desire to write about anything today!!! Today, is just one of those days that I just don't feel like writing or discussing anything. It's Sunday, time to realx and spend time with the family. We watched the football games, both of our teams lost, but we had fun together. Like I said, don't feel like writing. Check back tomorrow as we will be posting some more to our blog. Let us know if there is anything that you would like to see.

Interesting Topic
Well, it seems that I am getting to that point in which I need to write about information that readers find interesting. The problem is that I just don't know right now what that is. Is it sports, finance, education...or just random articles. It's tough to stay current with gossip, I just don't have the staff to get the "scoops". There are thousands of blogs out there, roughly 200,000. How do you get to the top of the 100 most popular blogs?
Is creative writing about all types of information the answer. I mean look at "The Onion", they write satyrical articles, some of which you need to actually stop reading and ask yourself "is this for real, or is this made up". Because this is a new blog, it's tough to even know if anyone is even reading this. Which makes it even more difficult to write articles. It's kind of like writing to no one and hoping that one person reads it and actually gives some feedback. So, maybe you can give some feed back, yes the one person that is reading this besides me.

Big Brother
Congratulations to Jordan for winning Big Brother. She is definitely deserving of the grand prize. Not only is she sweet and pure but Jordan played the game perfectly. Never winning anything until needed, the 2nd to last final game and the last game to win Head of Household. She didn't need to scheme, cheat and lie like the rest of them to win. I guess it proves the old addage....cheaters never prosper. I am glad for her and her family, they truly can use the money.
Now, to the showmance..... was it a showmance or really a love connection between Jeff and Jordan. I think a true connection between the two. Jeff seems really sincere and was only throwing the jabs in at the end to break up the tension of the final vote. It will be interesting to see where this relationship goes.
As for the final 3, Jordan...Natalie... Kevin. How is it that Kevin is one of the top 3 final contestants, but ends up 4th in money. He only won 10K in a competition, Jeff wins the 25K americas vote, Natalie wins 2nd place 50K and of course Jordan 500K......

Green Monstah
What do you think the value of the Green Monstah is? For those of you not familiar with baseball or live outside of New England, the Green Monstah is the nickname of the left field wall. The inside of the wall is covered with autographs from Babe Ruth, Hank Aaron, Derek Jeter, and Jim Rice and so on.

College Recruiting
Is there a reputable recruiting/scouting organization/company that anyone suggests for High School football players entering their junior year. What are the basic costs associated with hiring a professional recruiter or scouting agency to get your child recognized? I have done a little research and have found that the best thing a parent can start to do is to have video of their son playing. I have also heard from some high school coaches that, recruiters will randomly stop by various high schools and ask the coach for their top 20 players. The next thing that they look at is the students GPA. If the student doesn't have a good GPA, they won't even look at him, no matter how good he is. GPA's are starting to take priority of whether or not students get scholarships.... for sports. How great is this, that colleges are using grades as the deciding factor.
Is this going to be the trend now for High School athletes to get offers from colleges? In researching for a company to assist your son with his football, what is it we should look for? How do you know if the company s reputable and is really working for your son to get him noticed?

Stretch Marks
Stretch marks are an unsightly appearance for all woman that have them.Stretch marks usally appear when the skin has been stretched. Most stretchmarks appear during pregnancy or rapid weight gain. At first they appear aspink, or reddish brown depending on your skin pigmentation. Over time, theseturn to an almost clearish white color. There are many lotions and creamsthat claim that they can either lessen the appearance or remove stretchmarks, but there is no evidence to substantiate this. The one procedure thathas had the best results is laser treatment. Since the skin is elastic it can expand to accomodate weight gain and some moderate stretching. There is a point in which the deepest layer of the skinactually tears. This tearing causes streaks on the top layer of the skincausing what we call stretch marks. Both men and women can get stretch marksin various areas of the body such as, the abdomen, thighs, breasts and arms.
Stretch Mark Creams
There are several types of creams that can help during the various stages and the reduction of stretch marks. Creams that contain Tretinoin may help reduce thickness and coloration of the stretch mark(s). Creams that contain Cocoa Butter help maintain the moisture in the skin and improving the elasticityof the skin. Most women use Cocoa Butter during pregnancy to help prevent andreduce stretch marks. Other creams that contain alpha hydroyl acids, retinol and retinaldehyde, which is derived from Vitamin A can help the relief of stretch marks by increasing the rejuvenation of the cells.
Stretch Mark Removal
There are numerous laser treatments that can be done to help reduce or removestretch marks. These range from glycolic peels, cosmetic surgery anddermabrasion. Chemical peels remove several top layers of the skin and stimulatethe production of colagen. If you have stretch marks on the lower abdomen, below the belly button, a tummy tuck or abdominal plastic surgery may be done to tighten the skin. During a tummy tuck, the lower section containing the stretch marks is removed. In microdermabrasion, tiny particles are rubbed against the skin removing the discolored epidermal layer of the skin, reducing the intensity of the stretch mark.
